Registration and Accommodation fees

Student : 500 euros (€)  
Faculty : 700 euros (€)  
Industrial : 1000 euros (€)  

Received and not transferred. Charge transfer will be assumed by your self.

These fees include the conference proceedings, all plenary sessions attendance, three lunches, the conference dinner and coffee breaks.

Accommodation fees for Participant and Accompanist :
.
  • 50 euros (€) per night per person for half-board in the hotel conference in a double room.
  • 60 euros (€) per night per person for full-board in the hotel conference in a double room.

25 euros (€) for Single supplement .

These fees include the full board accommodation ONLY, accompanist’s accommodations are the same as the participants in the hotel of the conference.

Children from 2 to 12 years old benefit of a 30% reduction on their accommodation fees.

These fees are available for the pre and post conference weekends of the conference date.
